Every purchase made in our stores helps fund our mission to invest in people who need support to achieve their work and life goals. Our workforce services can be witnessed right in our very own stores, which also divert over 50 million pounds of donated goods from local landfills each year.  

Of those 50 million pounds of goods diverted from landfills, Halloween costumes and seasonal decor are a good chunk. In the United States, 83% of Halloween costumes are thrown away each year.
